RBSE 5th 8th Result, Rajasthan Board 5th, 8th Result: Students who appeared in Rajasthan Board 5th 8th board exams can apply for retotalling from today, 4th June. If any student feels that he has got less marks than expected, then he can apply for recalculation i.e. re-calculation of marks. Candidates will be able to apply through their respective schools till 11th June. In this regard, Registrar Education Departmental Examinations Bikaner Rajasthan Narendra Kumar Soni has issued instructions to all DIET Principals. Retotalling of marks will be completed under the guidance of DIET Principal. The Registrar has clarified that retotalling will be done only by re-calculating the marks obtained by the candidate question wise. Answers of the questions will not be checked afresh.
The result came on 30 May
Secretary, School Education, Shri Krishna Kunal released the result of Primary Education Learning Level Assessment (Class 5), 2024 and Elementary Education Completion Certificate Examination (Class 8), 2024 in Shiksha Sankul on 30 May. It is noteworthy that the class 8 examination was conducted from 28 March to 4 April and class 5 examination was conducted from 30 April to 5 May. 14 lakh 35 thousand 696 candidates appeared in class 5, out of which 13 lakh 93 thousand 423 candidates passed. The total result of the examination was 97.06 percent. The result of government schools was 96.79 percent while the result of private schools was 97.40 percent. The result of girl students was 97.23 percent while that of boys was 96.89 percent. This examination was conducted by 33 district DIETs, in which the result of schools under the jurisdiction of Dausa, Sikar, Ajmer, Pratapgarh and Churu DIET has been the highest. The results of a total of 9538 candidates have been withheld due to various reasons. Their results will be released later.
12 lakh 50 thousand 800 students appeared in class 8, out of which 11 lakh 97 thousand 321 students passed. The total result of the examination was 95.72 percent. The result of government schools was 94.54 percent while the result of private schools was 97.38 percent. The result of girl students was 96.39 percent while that of boys was 95.14 percent. This examination was also conducted on the basis of 33 district diets. In which the result of schools under the jurisdiction of Sikar, Dausa, Alwar, Ajmer, and Nagaur diets has been the highest. The result of a total of 3550 students has been withheld due to various reasons. Whose result will be released later.
In the results of both the examinations, marks have not been marked in the mark sheet of the candidate but grade wise mark sheet has been issued. 5 point grading system A, B, C, D, E has been determined in both the examinations. The number of candidates obtaining different grades in class 5 was respectively A. 31.59 percent, B. 57.33 percent, C. 8.12 percent, D. 0.01 percent. The number of candidates obtaining different grades in class 8 was respectively A. 21.05 percent, B. 51.79 percent, C. 22.69 percent, D. 0.20 percent.
Candidates with E grade will be given a chance to pass the class by conducting their supplementary exam which will be held in the month of July.
