Maharashtra TET 2024 registration begins: Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) has started the online registration process for Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (MAHA TET), 2024. Interested and eligible candidates have to visit the official website mahatet.in to apply. Candidates should know that the last date to apply is 30 September 2024.
Important Dates of Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (MAHA TET), 2024-
1. The last date to apply is September 30, 2024.
2. The admit card for the exam will be released by October 28, 2024.
3. As per the schedule, the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (MAHA TET), 2024 exam will be held on November 10, 2024.
Eligibility of candidates for Maha TET 2024-
1. Students from class one to eight will have to give Paper-1 to teach in government schools of Maharashtra. For which the candidate must have passed class 12 from a recognized board and along with this the candidate must have a Diploma in Education (D.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree.
2. All the eligibility criteria for Paper-2 are same. Candidates must be 12th pass or a graduate. For both Paper-1 and Paper-2, candidates must have a Diploma in Education (D.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree.
Maharashtra TET 2024 Exam Pattern-
Two papers are conducted under Maharashtra TET exam. 150 multiple choice questions are asked in both the papers. Candidates will get one mark for correct answer and there will be no negative marking for wrong answer. Candidates will be given 2:30 hours for each paper.
