SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024: Staff Selection Commission had released the official notification for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination, 2024 a few days ago. Through which applications have been invited for recruitment to 3712 posts. Let us tell you, the process of applying is currently going on. To fill the form, one has to go to the official website ssc.gov.in. Let us tell those candidates who have not applied yet, the last date to fill the form is 7th May. Candidates are advised to fill the application form before the last date.
Recruitment for these posts
A total of 3712 vacancies have been announced for Lower Division Clerk, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operator posts. Of these, 1411 vacancies have been declared for UR category, 482 for SC category, 234 for ST category, 770 for OBC category and 345 for EWS category.
Educational qualification
Those candidates who have passed class 12th in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from any recognized institute can apply for the post of Data Entry Operator (DE0) in the Department/Ministry. For LDC/JSA and DEO/DEO Grade A posts, the candidate must have passed class 12th from any recognized board.
How will the exam be conducted?
It is a national level examination, which is conducted annually to select higher secondary qualified students for various departments and offices of the Government of India. SSC CHSL exam is conducted in two phases. Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Objective type questions will be asked in Tier 1, while Tier 2 will include objective multiple choice, skill test and typing test.
age limit
The minimum age limit for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024 is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 27 years. This means that candidates who were born not earlier than 02-08-1997 and not later than 01-08-2006 are eligible to apply.
