Applications for SSC Multi Tasking Recruitment (Non-Technical) Staff and Havildar (Central Bureau of Indirect Taxes and Customs and Central Bureau of Narcotics) Exam 2024 are going to start from tomorrow, Thursday, 27 June 2024. There is a great craze among the candidates for this recruitment. Talking about the application last year, 26 lakh had applied for recruitment to only 1773 posts. 7,99,504 candidates had applied from UP and Bihar alone. If seen, about 1500 candidates were contenders for one post. The special thing about this recruitment is that 10th class pass candidates can apply in it.
From when to when can you apply
This year online applications will be accepted for MTS 2024 till July 31. Let us tell you that this time there has been a slight delay in the release of the notification. Earlier it was being said that the notification would be released on May 7, it was also said in the calendar that the SSC MTS exam tier test will be held in July August, but now the notification will be released on June 27 i.e. tomorrow and there is a preparation to conduct a computer based examination in November or December. Once the notification comes, candidates will be able to apply by visiting ssc.gov.in. The minimum age of the applicant for this recruitment has been fixed at 18 years and the maximum age at 27 years. On the release of the notification, there will be detailed information about the number of posts etc.
On which posts appointments are made
Through the MTS recruitment exam, Group C level Multi Tasking Staff (such as non-technical posts) will be recruited in the Central Government. Through MTS recruitment, various departments of the Central Government recruit for posts like peon, chowkidar, jamadar, gardener, gatekeeper etc. Along with this, recruitment will be done for the post of Havildar in Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN).
Selection Process for Valadar Post (Based on last recruitment)
– Computer Based Written Test, Physical Test, Physical Standard Test.
– Height of male for Havildar post – 157.5 cm.
– Height of woman- 152 cm. And minimum weight should be 48 kg.
– Chest of men – 81 cms. 5 cms expansion extra.
