Thousands of students dream of getting admission in IIT by preparing for JEE Advanced. Those who clear NEET and get admission in MBBS also consider themselves lucky. But what if someone does not get admission in these even after clearing both. Yes, we are talking about one such student, Dhrishman Dutta, he has got 99.875 percentile in JEE Main and All India Rank 1422 in Advanced. With such a rank, he will easily get admission in IIT and MBBS, but Dhrishman does not want to do either of them. Dhrishman Dutta of Assam not only performed well in JEE Main and JEE Advanced but also scored 625 out of 720 in NEET. With this score, he gets admission in any private medical college. But you will be surprised by Dhrishman's decision. Neither does he want to take admission in MBBS nor in IIT.

Apart from this, Dhritiman scored 94.2% marks in the 10th class examination and secured ninth position in his state. While he initially prepared for JEE Main, his growing interest in research and the IISER Aptitude Test also inspired him to focus on IIT. This was 18-year-old Dhritiman's first attempt at IAT 2024. He also appeared in both the sessions of JEE Main, JEE Advanced and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) this year.
