TN TRB Recruitment 2023: Application For 2,222 Graduate Teacher Posts Begins Today-Inspire To Hire

The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) will begin the online registration process for the direct recruitment of Graduate Teachers / Block Resource Teacher Educators (BRTE) today, November 1. Candidates can apply for the Tamil Nadu graduate teacher recruitment by visiting the official website at trb.tn.gov.in. The last date for submission of applications is November 30.

The Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Exam (OMR-based) is scheduled to be held on January 7. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on a mandatory Tamil Language Eligibility Test, a written exam, and document verification.

TN TRB Recruitment 2023: Vacancy Details

Through this recruitment drive, TN TRB aims to fill up a total of 2,222 posts. This includes:

— Directorate of School Education (including 171 ST shortfall): 2,171

— Directorate of MBC/DNC Welfare (Including 19 SC shortfall and 4 ST shortfall): 23

— Directorate of Adi-Dravidar Welfare: 16

— Directorate for Welfare of the Differently Abled: 12

TN TRB Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Those applying should have completed their bachelor’s degree and a two-year diploma in elementary education. Candidates must possess a valid Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate to apply.

Age Limit: Candidates in the general category who are eligible for direct recruitment in this selection process must be at least 53 years old as of the first day of July in the recruitment year, which is 2023. Candidates from Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, Backward Class Muslims, MBC/DNC, and DW of all castes have a maximum age restriction of 58 years as of the first day of July in the recruitment year, which is 2023.

TN TRB Recruitment 2023: Application Fees

For general category candidates, the examination fee is Rs 600, while for SC, SCA, ST, and differently-abled persons, the recruitment examination fee is Rs 300. It is important to note that once the exam fee is paid, it will not be refunded. The online payment must be made only via Net banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card. No other mode will be accepted.
