UGC NET June 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key of the UGC NET 2024 exam for the June session. Candidates who appeared in the examinations held between 21st and 23rd August can now check their answer key by visiting the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. This answer key includes both the question paper and the recorded answers.

If any candidate finds any error in the answer key, he can file an objection from September 7 to September 9 at 11:50 pm. For this, they will have to pay a fee of Rs 200 per question, which can be done through debit/credit card, net banking or UPI. The last date for depositing the challenge fee is September 9.

How to calculate probable score?

Candidates appearing for the UGC NET 2024 exam can also calculate their probable score. For this, they have to add 2 marks for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for wrong answers in this exam, so no marks will be deducted for wrong answers. Also, if a question is not answered, no marks will be given for that either.

The UGC NET exam was conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for 83 subjects. The answer key contains important details like exam date, shift, subject name, paper code, question ID and correct answer.

How to file objection?

To register an objection, candidates can login to ugcnet.nta.ac.in. From there, they can select the question to which they have an objection. After this, they will have to pay the challenge fee and register their objection. After reviewing the objections, the final answer key will be released by NTA, on the basis of which the result will be declared.
