UP Board Exams 2024: This training covers all aspects of the exams and is designed to eliminate any potential errors during the examination process

As the Uttar Pradesh board exams 2024 are around the corner, the Yogi Adityanath government is set to take decisive action to combat cheating in the 10th and 12th exams, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to their integrity. While adhering to existing protocols, new measures are being implemented to further strengthen the examination process.

To ensure that these measures are implemented smoothly, central administrators are being trained extensively by expert trainers. According to a press release from the Chief Minister’s office, this training covers all aspects of the exams and is designed to eliminate any potential errors during the examination process.

Meanwhile, Dibyakant Shukla, Secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board (UPSEB), informed that three master trainers have been appointed for each of the state’s 75 districts, and they are providing centre administrators with detailed examination information via audio-video presentations. Shukla stated that the training will cover important topics such as preventing cheating, maintaining order, ensuring the security of question papers, and maintaining answer sheets, as per reports.

The UPSEB Secretary reportedly stated that new arrangements are being made this time as well. In a first, protective QR codes, logos, and coding have been added to the cover page of the answer sheets, and they have been published in four different colours than last year, along with the page numbers, reports suggest.

According to the official schedule, the UP Board 2024 exams will commence on February 22 and will conclude on March 9. The Uttar Pradesh Board examinations will be held in two shifts; the first shift is from 8:30 am to 11:45 am (morning session) and the second shift is scheduled from 2 pm to 5.15 pm (evening session).

This year, a total of 55,25,290 lakh students have registered for the UP Board exam. Out of which, about 29,47,325 lakh have registered for high school (Class 10) exams, and around 25,77,965 lakh are going to appear for intermediate (Class 12) exams.

“To accommodate this large cohort, the board has strategically established 8,265 exam centres across the state. This includes 566 government exam centres, 3,479 funded exam centres, and 4,220 non-funded exam centres, underscoring the comprehensive efforts undertaken to ensure a fair and secure examination environment,” a press release mentioned.

On February 1, the Uttar Pradesh Education Board released the admit card for the Class 10 and 12 board exam candidates. Students will be able to access their admit cards from their respective schools.
