UP Board 10th, 12th Result 2024: After the completion of UP Board examinations, preparations for evaluation of answer sheets have started. Secretary Dibyakant Shukla has sent instructions to Deputy Principal Examiners and Examiners for the evaluation starting from March 16. It has been instructed that to maintain the quality of evaluation, normally high school examiners will evaluate a maximum of 50 answer sheets in a day and intermediate examiners will evaluate a maximum of 45 answer sheets in a day.

Evaluation of questions and answers should be done according to the step marking process. For example, if a question is solved correctly, 1+1+1=3 marks are awarded and if the candidates have written the first two parts correctly and one part wrong, then they should be given 2 = 1 + 1 marks. Instead, if the third part is written wrong, he will be given zero marks in this question. If the solution is correct but the unit is not written or is written incorrectly, partial marks will be deducted.

In science, mathematics or other technical subjects, if the candidate has written the correct steps to solve a question but has written the wrong answer by mistake, then instead of giving him zero marks, he should be given the required marks as per the answer. One mark should be awarded for neat and beautiful handwriting but it should be kept in mind that the total score of the candidate should not exceed the full marks of the question paper.

More than 3 crore copies will be evaluated:
This year, about 58 lakh students had registered themselves in the UP Board Exam 2024, out of which about 54 lakh students have participated in the board examinations.
