UPS CDS Admit Card 2024: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the admit card for Combined Defense Services Examination (I), 2024 to be held on April 21, 2024. Candidates who had successfully filled the application form for the examination can download the admit card by visiting the UPSC official website upsconline.nic.in and upsc.gov.in.

Candidates are advised to download their e-Admit Card and do not forget to take a printout, as without the Admit Card, entry into the examination center will not be allowed under any circumstances. As per the official notification, the e-admit card will have to be preserved till the declaration of the final result of Combined Defense Service Examination (I) 2024. UPSC will not issue any paper admit card for the exam.
Let us tell you, candidates will have to show the printout of their e-admit card at the examination center to appear in the examination. Candidates who do not bring their e-admit card will not be allowed to take the examination. Along with this, it is mandatory for the candidates to carry the photo identity card, whose number is written in the e-admit card, in every session.
Candidates going to appear in the examination should be informed that they will not be allowed to appear at any other examination venue other than the one mentioned in the e-admit card.
Know about UPSC CDS exam
The examination is to be conducted on April 21. This examination will be conducted in 70 cities across the country. Through this recruitment, candidates will be appointed to 457 posts in the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy. Let us tell you, UPSC CDS exam will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. 2 hours will be given to solve the exam. Let us tell you, the Combined Defense Service (CDS) examination is organized twice a year for the recruitment of commissioned officers in the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.
Know UPSC CDS exam timings
UPSC CDS exam will be conducted in two shifts – first shift will be conducted from 9 am to 11 am and second shift will be conducted from 12 noon to 2 pm. You have to reach the examination center 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center if he is late.
