As per the official schedule, UPSC CMS 2024 will be conducted in two shifts on July 14. The first shift will be conducted from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and the second shift will be conducted from 2:00 pm to 4 pm. Paper – I (Code No. 1) examination of General, Medicine and Pediatrics will be conducted in the first shift. Surgery, Gynecologist and Obstetrics, Preventive and Social Medicine will be organized in the second shift.
Let us tell you, this year the application process for UPSC CMS 2024 was started from April 10 and the last date for filling the form was April 30, 2024. The correction window was opened on May 1, which ran till May 7, 2024.

(iii) General Duty Medical Officer Grade-II in Municipal Council Medical Officer – 200 posts
This is the exam pattern
UPSC CMS 2024 exam will consist of two stages. Written examination in two papers (500 marks), each paper carrying maximum 250 marks. Each paper will be conducted for two hours. After passing the written examination, candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Which will be conducted for 100 marks.
