UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Prelims Result 2024: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the result of Combined Geo Scientist Preliminary 2024. Candidates who appeared in the examination can check the result from the official website upsc.gov.in. Let us tell you, the examination was conducted on 18 February 2024.

Candidates who have been successful in the Combined Geo Scientist Preliminary 2024 will now have to appear in the Combined Geo Scientist Main Examination, 2024 to be held on June 22 and June 23, 2024. E-admit cards for this examination will be released on the official website one week before the commencement of the examination. Let us tell you, it will be mandatory to show the admit card at the examination centre. Without admit card, entry inside the examination center will not be allowed and admit cards of preliminary examination will not be used in the main examination.

The Combined Geo Scientist Preliminary 2024 exam was conducted on February 18 in two shifts. The first shift of the exam was from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and the second shift was from 2 pm to 4 pm. Candidates were instructed to reach the examination center 30 minutes early.
Let us tell you, there are three stages of UPSC Combined Geo Scientist exam. The first stage is of UPSC Combined Geo Scientist Preliminary 2024, which has been conducted. It consists of two objective type papers. The second stage is of Combined Geo Scientist Main 2024 examination, which is to be organized on June 22 and June 23, 2024. It will consist of three papers of descriptive type. The third and last stage is the interview i.e. personality test. Only those candidates who are successful in the main examination will get a chance to appear in the interview. The final results will be declared after all three stages are completed.
