UPSC CSE Prelims: Union Public Service Commission has issued an important notice for the candidates of Manipur of UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2024. UPSC has said that the candidates who have opted for Imphal (Manipur) exam center while filling the form, can choose any of the 80 exam centers given in the notification. The option to change center for these candidates of Manipur will be open from 8th April to 19th April 2024. UPSC has taken this decision in view of the order given by Delhi High Court on March 28, 2024.
Apart from this, candidates can also give their request for change of center by calling the toll free helpline number 1800118711 between 10 am to 5 pm on all working days from April 8-19. To change the centre, you can also send an email to uscsp-upsc@nic.in between 8-19 April. All candidates choosing Imphal center option will receive e-mail and SMS on their registered e-mail and mobile number.
Candidates who have opted for change of center will be allotted centers from the new options chosen by them. The change of center will be confirmed to them through a message which will come on their registered mobile number.

UPSC CSE Prelims Admit Card 2024 will be available on the official website about a week before the exam date. , UPSC Prelims Exam 2024 will be conducted on 16 June 2024. This time, 1056 vacancies including 180 vacancies of IAS and 150 vacancies of IPS will be filled through this. Through UPSC examination, officers will be selected for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS) and other all India services. UPSC conducts this examination every year in which 9 to 10 lakh candidates take part.
