Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for Combined Geo-Scientist Exam 2024. Through this exam, 85 posts of Geologist Group A, Geophysicist Group A, Chemist Group A and Scientist B will be recruited. Interested candidates can apply online for these posts by visiting the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in. The last date for application is 10 October 2023. Candidates can apply for UPSC Geo Scientist Recruitment from 4 September to 24 September.
The selection for recruitment to these posts will be done on the basis of prelims exam, mains exam and interview. The prelims exam will be held on 9 February and the mains exam will be held on 21 and 22 June 2025.

The minimum age of the candidate should not be more than 21 years and the maximum age should not be more than 32 years. There is relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates.
Application Fee- – Rs 200.
– SC/ST/PWD and Women applicants are exempted from fee.
