The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has begun the online registration process for Phase 2 of the BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2023. The application process started on November 5 and will conclude on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Candidates can apply for the Bihar School Teacher Recruitment Exam by visiting the official website of the BPSC at bpsc.bih.nic.in. The registration process was due to start on November 3, according to the earlier schedule, but the Commission moved it to November 5, this year.
Through this recruitment drive, the commission plans to fill a total of 69,706 vacancies. According to the notice, the BPSC TRE Phase 2 is scheduled to take place from December 7 to December 10.

– Middle School Teacher (Classes 6 to 8): 31,982.
– Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) (Classes 9 to 10): 18,877.
– Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) (Classes 11 to 12): 18,577.
– Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) (Special) (Classes 9 to 10): 270.
BPSC TRE Phase 2 Recruitment 2023: Steps To Apply
Step 1: Go to the official website of the BPSC at bpsc.bih.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘Apply Now’ link.
Step 3: As a new window opens, click on the link that says – ‘School Teacher/ Headmaster Recruitment Examination.’
Step 4: First, register yourself by generating the login credentials.
Step 5: Then, log in using the new credentials and fill out the application form.
Step 6: Enter your details and information about your qualifications.
Step 6: Upload all the scanned copies in the specified format.
Step 7: Pay the essential application fees.
Step 8: Click the submit option.
BPSC TRE Phase 2 Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
The general category candidates need to pay Rs 750 as an application fee, while SC/ST/female/PWD category candidates have to pay Rs 200.
BPSC TRE Phase 2 Recruitment 2023: Exam Details
The commission will use a 30+40+80 formula-based test pattern in the second part of the Bihar Teacher’s Recruitment Exam (TRE II). The BPSC teacher recruitment exam will carry 150 marks. The first half of the paper will be 30 marks, according to the commission’s rules for TRE II. It will include questions from the English and Hindi subjects. Apart from that, there will be questions about Urdu and Bengali language subjects as well.
Likewise, the second section or part of the paper will be of 40 marks. It will comprise questions from Current Affairs, Math, General Knowledge, Reasoning, General Science, Social Science, Geography, and Environment. Furthermore, the third part will include questions from Science, Math and Social Science. Also, the total mark for this section is 80.
